Faith and Patriotism
Patriotism can be described as love for one’s country. It is loyalty and affection towards the places, people and ideas that we’re most familiar with. It is an act of celebrating all that unites us, while taking a stand in the face of injustice. But as people of Faith, is it possible to maintain a duty to country when our first allegiance is to God? Can being patriotic be an act of faith?
