Do We Really Need to Sleep?
Getting the proper amount of sleep is vital. It affects our coordination, our concentration, and even our moods and emotions. Many teens get far less sleep than they require and the resulting “sleep deficit” has serious consequences. Are you getting the sleep you need to be your best self? If we are truly grateful to God for giving us life and health, how is getting the right amount of sleep part of the obligation we have to keep our bodies healthy?
