Hey Everyone,
First off, I would like to start this blog with just a moment of silence to pray for our President Elect, that God may guide him in wisdom and understanding, to be able to lead this country to the best of his ability as well as to always respect the dignity of every human life from conception until natural death.
Today’s episode we are going to talk about Faith and Patriotism and whether you can be faithful and patriotic. My answer to that is yes, I think you can be faith filled and Patriotic. We just had an election and if you were old enough to vote, or you prayed for the election, you were showing your faith and your patriotism for this great country. America is such a blessing for all of us who call her, our home. I’m currently in France doing a semester abroad and I’ve really learned a lot about how lucky we are in the US.
The United States of America is “one nation under God,” and I feel that this can sometimes be forgotten. We need to live our faith publically for the entire world to see, and by mixing that with our Patriotism, we can be defenders of life, faith and happiness, which our country holds so dear. May God bless you this week and always!
In Jesus through Mary,
